By purchasing any avatar/package from my store, you automatically agree to the following Terms of Service.

Ownership & Usage

• All avatars sold are for personal use only.
• You may upload the avatar to your own account only.
• Public uploads of my avatars are strictly prohibited.
• Do not claim my work, models, or edits as your own.

Prohibited Use

My work may not be used for:

• Hateful content
• Harassment
• Offensive or discriminatory content
• Any malicious or harmful behavior

Redistribution & Leaking

You are NOT allowed to:

• Share
• Trade
• Leak
• Redistribute
• Resell this package or any parts/assets included within it.
• Asset mine, rip, or reuse any assets from this avatar/package if you do not personally own the original assets/licenses.
• If you need help uploading the avatar, do not send the package to a friend to upload for you. This is against my TOS.
• If you experience upload issues, please open a support ticket in my server instead.
• Reusing my textures on other models or personal edits is strictly prohibited

Avatar Edits

You may:

• Change textures
• Adjust colours
• Add accessories/clothing

You may NOT:

• Sculpt or heavily modify the face
• Sculpt or heavily modify the body
• Edit the avatar in a way that makes it unrecognisable from the original design

Content Creation & Credit

Credit is required when using my avatars on platforms such as:

• TikTok
• Twitch
• YouTube
• Instagram
• Other social media platforms

Refund Policy

• All sales are final.
• No refunds will be given on digital products.

Enforcement

Failure to follow these Terms of Service may result in being blacklisted and/or banned from future purchases and access to my products.
